Before you build in North Star Pointe, you will need approval. Be sure to review the NSP ACC Information Package carefully.
New Construction Applications must be submitted via TownSq. The following fees are required to be paid before the Committee can review the application:
$50 Admin Fee: This must be paid via TownSq.
$2500 Builder's Deposit: This refundable deposit may be paid via TownSq or via mail.* Once construction is complete and the Committee has verified the home was built as approved, you may request this to be refunded. Some or all of this deposit may be forfeited if the home is not built as approved or if the builder causes a violation fine to be applied to the account during the building process.
$1.25/sq ft Road Impact Fee: This non-refundable fee may be paid via TownSq or via mail* This money is used to help offset the wear and tear that large vehicles have on the Community's roads during the construction process.
*Payments made via mail may delay the application process, as the application is not considered complete until these are received.
